Note: Subscription Routes were previously called "Trips" within TripMaster, and while that verbiage has been changed in most of the software, the word "Trip" is still used in many of the reports.
Reservation Data Report
The Reservation Data Report shows all of the scheduled reservations between a given start and end date, as they are in your Daily Schedule. Regardless of the Route Status (Validated, Not Validated, Cancelled) and Ride Status (Rode, No Show, Rider Cancel, Suspended, etc.), you will see the reservation on the Ride Data report. If the reservation is in the Holding Pen, it will not have a Trip (Route) Number.
This report was historically called the Reservation History report because it was intended to be used to look at past reservations. We changed the name of the report because you can technically use this report to look at reservations in the future. Whenever you go out to a day in the future, in Daily Schedule, for the first time, that day is built or created at that moment. If you are using the Reservation Data report to look at days in the future, it is important to keep in mind that the report will only show you reservations from built days. If you have Subscription Reservations, for example, that are set up to run every day indefinitely, you probably wouldn’t see them on a Reservation Data Report run for a date range far into the future because the days have not been built.
Reservation Data 2 Report
The Reservation Data 2 report is no different than the Reservation Data report as far as where the information is being pulled from, but it is important to point out some key differences. You will notice that there is quite a bit more information on the report including Arrival Time, Actual Time, and Odometer. The report gives you the Ride Status and also provides you with the time a reservation was Marked Ready, a menu option from the holding pen. Fare and Fare collected are also provided on the Reservation Data 2 report.
