14 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster
The middle section is showing what's assigned to the route highlighted in the top section.
2 Right Click on the reservation to get the menu.
3 Add reservation allows you to add a reservation directly to this route.
4 Edit reservation allows you to make changes to a reservation.
5 Copy reservation allows you to create an exact duplicate of a reservation.
6 Unseat reservation will move the reservation from the selected route to the holding pen.
7 Move reservation will open a second window listing the available routes to move the reservation from one route to another.
8 Print reservation(s) pulls the reservation information into a printable PDF format.
9 Print reservation request(s) pulls a reservation request form in a printable PDF format.
10 Cancel reservation(s) will mark that reservation a rider cancel.
11 Admin cancel reservation(s) will mark that reservation as an admin cancel. This should be used if a mistake is made in the office.
12 Validate allows you to manually validate pickups, drop offs, and no shows.
13 Scheduling allows you to lock or unlock manually seated rides when Auto Scheduling.
14 Map will open the AVL mapping out that reservation.
