8 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster and click in the search text field.
2 Type the riders first name, last name, trip number, or site name to search.
3 Click Rides to search for any reservations seated on a route.
4 Click Holding Pen to search the holding pen for any unseated rides.
5 Click Remove Filter to clear the search text field.
6 Type a drivers name to search for a route.
7 Click Trips to search for routes.
8 That's it. You're done.
