16 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster. The top section displays your routes.
2 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster. The middle section displays reservations assigned to the route highlighted in the top section.
3 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster. The bottom section is the Holding Pen where unscheduled reservations are held.
4 Right click on a reservation to get the menu options. With your mouse, hover highlight
5 Seat reservation(s) will seat the reservation or reservations selected on the route highlighted in the top section.
6 Add reservation allows you to create a new reservation directly into the holding pen.
7 Edit reservation allows you to make changes to existing reservations.
8 Copy reservation allows you to create an exact duplicate of a reservation.
9 Cancel reservation(s) allows you to mark a reservation as a rider cancel.
10 Admin cancel reservation(s) is used to remove a reservation if there was a mistake in the office.
11 Deny service allows you to deny a ride and choose a reason for the denial. This will be used if you report of service denials.
12 Print reservation(s) pulls the reservation information into a printable PDF.
13 Print reservation request(s) pulls a printable reservation request form in PDF format.
14 The map option pulls the AVL page with that reservation mapped out.
15 Auto seat ride(s) will open the Auto Scheduler with that reservation selected.
16 Export reservation(s) will export all selected rides into an excel file.
