14 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster and with your mouse, hover Master Pages
2 Click Rider Master
3 Click Search by last name, first name or phone number
4 Click Duck, Daffy
5 Click Edit to make adjustments to the riders profile
6 Make any necessary adjustments and save.
7 Click Create a new Ride to add a demand reservation.
8 Create the reservation
9 Click Create a new Subscription Ride to create a subscription or reoccurring reservation.
10 Create the reservation and save.
11 Click Deactivate to remove the rider.
12 Click Search Again to search for another rider.
13 Click Search by last name, first name or phone number...
14 That's it. You're done.
