26 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster and click Subscriptions Trips.
2 The top section displays your routes.
3 The middle section displays subscription reservations assigned to the highlighted route.
4 The bottom section, called the Holding Pen, displays unscheduled rides.
5 To create a new route click New Subscription Route.
6 Enter the route information and save.
7 Scroll down and click Edit to make permanent changes to a route.
8 Make any necessary changes and save.
9 Click Save
10 Click the down arrow to preview or delete a route.
11 Click Yes
12 Click New Ride in the middle section to add a subscription reservation to a route.
13 Click New Ride in the Holding Pen to add a subscription reservation to the Holding Pen.
14 To search for a route click the all routes drop down.
15 Type in the driver name, route description, or route number.
16 Click highlight
17 Click All Routes to return to unfiltered view.
18 Click Search Riders to find a specific reservation.
19 Type Search Riders
20 The reservation is displayed.
21 Click Clear to return to unfiltered view.
22 Click the down arrow to copy, move, or delete a reservation.
23 Click Move Ride
24 Click the route to move the ride to.
25 Click Move
26 That's it. You're done.
