Overview:
The following definitions are found in the "Bill Method" section under the Account Master.

Section 1: Definitions
Ride: Selecting “Ride” indicates only a flat rate will be charged for each leg of the reservation.
Passenger Hours: Selecting “Passenger Hours” indicates a per hour rate will be charged to the entirety of that passenger’s trip, regardless of other pickups along the way.
Passenger Miles: Selecting “Passenger Miles” indicates a per mile charge for the entirety of the passenger’s trip regardless of other pickups along the way.
Share Miles: Selecting “Share Miles” indicates a per mile charge split between all passengers regardless of what account they are riding under. The mileage will be pulled from the route and based on the selection made in the “Invoice Miles” section. If there is a per ride charge, it will be applied to each rider.
Share Hours: Selecting “Share Hours” indicates a per hour charge will be split between all passengers regardless of what account they are riding under. The hours will be pulled from the route and based on the selection made in the “Invoice Hours” section. If there is a per ride charge, it will be applied to each rider.
Share Trip: Selecting “Share Trip” indicates there is a combination of per ride, per mile, or per hour charge or all three. Each charge will be split evenly between all passengers on that route regardless of the account. The per mile and per hour charge will be based on the selection in “Invoice Miles” and “Invoice Hours”.
Ride Plus: Selecting “Ride Plus” indicates a per mile charge starting after X miles. The “Miles” field will open when selected, check “In Excess of”, enter the number of miles, and check “Use Direct Mileage”
Special Day Trip: Selecting “Special Day Trip” indicates a flat charge to be split between all passengers riding under this account regardless of how many vehicles are used. This only works for a per ride charge.
Account Trip: Selecting “Account Trip” indicates a per ride, per mile, or per hour charge or a combination be split between all passengers riding under this account. For example, a total of 10 passengers ride, 5 ride under this account and the trip travels 100 miles. Instead of splitting the 100 miles between all 10 passengers, it will only split it between 5.
Direct Miles/Hours: Selecting “Direct Miles/Hours” indicates a per mile or per hour charge or both. This will calculate the distance from the pick up to the drop off with no stops between.
