Functionality Enhancements
ParaScope Notifications Updates
- Notifications will not be sent for time changes less than 5 minutes.
- All change notifications are now be in a popup window instead of the blue bar at the bottom of the page.
- For changes sent at the same time, Drivers will now receive multiple notifications combined in a single popup message.
Ride Reminder Options for Broker Rides
Ride reminder notifications can now be turned on or off for each broker. For example, you can go to Broker Management from the Company Master page and toggle ride reminders on for Circulation/ModivCare rides. Note: Enable Ride Reminders must also be checked on the Company Master page.
Additional Custom Reporting Field for TripMaster Core Customers
The Vehicle Maintenance field for Fluids is now available on the Vehicles menu in Custom Reporting.
TripSync Updates
- Trip/Auth Number added to the Billing page.
- Total for all charges added to the Billing page.
- Bug Fix: TripSync clears the Charge Override when ModivCare sends an update to a ride.
Bug Fixes
- Save and Swap can create Pickup time after Drop Off time.
- When a ride No Shows in ParaScope, all Not Validated rides for that rider should be cancelled.
- On the Reservation page, Street/Satellite buttons do not uncheck.
- Editing completed requests in Vehicle Maintenance creates an error.
- Delegate Organizations cannot be deleted.
- Requested Time does not display on the Reservations page for customers with TripScheduler enabled.
- Report ‘Medicaid Preview 2’ produces an error.
- TripCalendar column headers do not size correctly for a driver with a long name.
- Import changes/corrections:
- American Logistics phone number does not import correctly
- Veyo rides not importing for riders with matching names or SSN
- SET rides not importing for riders with matching names
