Rider - Cancelling a Ride Request

4 STEPS

1. You can cancel a ride request for the future as the long as the Transportation Provider has not approved or denied the ride request. To Cancel a ride request the first step is to open TripMaster and click Future Rides

   

2. Click the 3 dots beside the ride request you wish to cancel.
   

   

3. Select Cancel

   

4. That's it. You're done.You have successfully Canceled your ride request.
