19 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster
When the driver logs into ParaScope the route status will change to In Transit. Hovering over In Transit will provide the vehicle location and speed.
2 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster
The Sync column will display three colors. Green- Good connection between the database and the mobile device.
3 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster
The Sync column will display three colors.
Yellow- The mobile device has lost cell signal or the vehicle has been sitting still.
4 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster
The Sync column will display three colors.
Orange- The mobile device doesn't have cell signal and a change has been made to that route that the driver didn't get.
5 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster
The current load column will show how many ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher riders are onboard. Red indicates the vehicle is empty.
6 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster
The Next Scheduled Job column displays the next pickup or drop off time on that route.
7 When the driver clicks Arrive the reservation status will change to P/U Arrived.
8 When the driver clicks onboard the reservation status will change to In Transit.
9 When the driver clicks arrive at the drop off the reservation status will change to D/O Arrived.
10 When the driver completes the drop off the reservation status will change to rode, meaning the ride has been completed.
11 To seat a reservation select the route in the top section right click Meagher, Mary
12 Click Seat Reservation(s)
13 The driver will hear a tone and see a message alerting them of the change.
14 To cancel a reservation right click Meagher, Mary
15 Click Cancel Reservation(s)
16 The driver will hear a tone and get a message to alert them of the change.
17 If a driver no shows a reservation the status will change to No Show.
18 When the driver completes the route, the status will change to validated. Now the route is ready for billing and reporting.
19 That's it. You're done.
