To get the latest Android updates available for your device:
Note: The section names and the process can vary slightly on different android devices.
Step 1 - Make sure your Android is connected to Wi-Fi. In order to download and install an update, your Android must be connected to Wi-Fi, not cellular data. Depending on your Android, you may also need to plug your Android into its charger or have it charged to a certain point (e.g. 50%) before you can install an update.
Step 2 - Open your Android's Settings. Swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the gear-shaped "Settings" icon.
Step 3 - Scroll down and select the Software update. Some Android devices may have this option labeled System.

Step 4 - Select Download and install

Step 5 - You can now schedule or install the update now. The update can take 30-90 minutes.
