Ride/Trip - This is a reservation to transport a passenger from point A to point B.
Subscription Ride - A recurring reservation that is not imported.
Subscription Route - Vehicle and/or driver availability—times and days of the week that
a vehicle and/or driver is available to be assigned reservations.
Note: In certain places in TripMaster, especially Reports, the word "Trip" is used interchangeably with the term "Subscription Route."
Status - Indicates the status of a route or an individual reservation.
Not Validated - The default status of an un-serviced reservation or Subscription Route.
Validated - Pertains to reservations/routes that have been completed and closed out
readying it for billing and reporting.
On The Way - Indicates the driver is on the way to pick up the rider.
P/U Arrived - Indicates the driver has arrived at the pickup location.
D/O Arrived - Indicates the driver has arrived at the drop off location.
In Transit - The rider is on-board the vehicle.
Rode - A reservation has successfully been performed.
Rider Cancel - The rider has canceled the reservation.
No Show - The driver has arrived at a pickup location and the passenger is a no show
or cancels at the door for a reservation.
Admin Cancel - Removes all info of the reservation from being counted in your
TripMaster database towards billing and reporting.
Dropoff Priority - A drop off priority is typically the A-Leg going from home to an
appointment. The drop off priority time indicates the appointment time of the
reservation, or the latest we want to get the passenger to the location.
Pickup Priority - A pick up priority is typically a B-Leg from the drop off location back to
the rider’s home.
Will Call - Typically, a B-Leg pick up priority indicating the passenger will call when they
are ready to be picked up from their drop off location.
Pickup Time - The time that has been scheduled to pick up a passenger.
Dropoff Time - The time that has been scheduled to drop off a passenger.
