12 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster and with your mouse, hover Utilities
2 Refresh Revenue Data will update any changes made to account charges and validation for a date range.
3 Audit is used to check validation for errors. Refer to the How to Run Audits tutorial.
4 Admin Miles is used to track non service miles. For example when a vehicle is taken to be serviced.
5 Clerical Time is used to track hour for drivers that do work in the office.
6 Rider Account Expiration will pull a report showing any rider whose account will expire in the specified date range.
7 Update Ride Account is used if a rider has past trips under the wrong account. This allows you to update all trips during a specified date range.
8 Import is used to manually import rides from brokers. Refer to the manual importing tutorial.
9 Reminder Status pulls a report showing calls that have been queued and calls that have been made with the Reminder Calling feature.
10 List Maintenance is used to deactivate riders and accounts.
11 Lock or Unlock Days is used after validation has been completed for a specified date range preventing changes from being made. This is only available for Admin users.
12 Manage ride requests displays any rides requested through the Rider Portal feature.
