15 STEPS
1 The first step is to open CTS Software - TripMaster and with your mouse, hover Common Tasks
2 Click Mobile Messages
3 Choose the driver or check all to send a mass message.
4 Click the type drop down. Normal the driver doesn't have to respond. Priority will make the driver acknowledge.
5 Click highlight
6 Type your message into the message field and click send.
7 The driver will hear a tone and a number will pop up over the message tab.
8 Click Answer
9 Click No
10 Click Send Message
11 Scroll down and click Stepping Off Vehicle
12 Click OK
13 The messages will pop up in the mobile message page and on the left side of TripMaster.
14 With your mouse, hover Master Pages
15 Click Canned Message Master to customize messages you want the driver to be able to send dispatch.
