The team at CTS is trying to make it easier for everyone to access help articles and contact our support team. We have added a help button that will try to point you in the right direction and answer your questions, but it will also allow you to put in support tickets for assistance.
We understand that the button was sometimes in the way of you accessing information, but we have now added the ability to hide the button.
In order to hide the help button, all you have to do is double click on it and acknowledge that you would like for it to be hidden.
4 STEPS
1. To hide the Help Button, just double-click on the Help Button.
2. Click OK
3. Now you are able to see more of your messages.
4. That's it. You're done.

The button will be hidden for the day but will show back up once you log out and back in or refresh the page.
